Woman Is Charged With Dangerous Driving As Her Husband Fights For Life
A woman has been charged with dangerous driving after her husband allegedly fell from her moving car following a dispute.
Damien Osbourne, 36, is fighting for life in hospital after allegedly trying to stop Tara McConchie, 35, from leaving a party in Point Cook, in [/news/melbourne/index.html Melbourne]'s southwest, at about 2.30am on Sunday.
Bystanders said the father-of-three held onto the side door of their Holden Jackaroo after getting into an argument.

Witness Jill Grimison said she heard tyres screeching outside her home.
'She was just screaming out: "Somebody help me, call an ambulance",' Ms Grimison told the[ ]
Mr Osbourne was seen lying on the road bleeding while his wife held his head.
Ms Grimison rushed inside her house to grab towels to soak up his blood while another neighbour called an ambulance.
'She was just hysterical. (We) put the towel under his head … and just held it down to stop the bleeding until the paramedics got there. The back (of his head) was pretty bad,' Ms Grimison said.

'From what I can gather they had an argument and he jumped on the side of the car as she drove off. She was just screaming his name as I came down.'
Ms McConchie was overheard telling police that her husband was holding onto the side of her car before 'ripping the door handle off'.
Mr Osbourne suffered life-threatening head injuries and is in Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Ms McConchie was charged with negligently cause serious injury and dangerous driving cause serious injury.
She was granted bail and will appear in court on May 26.
